Just a heads up that I will start summer workouts TOMORROW (Monday, June 27th) @ Deen from 9 AM - 12 Noon. Come in and get a lift in, and if we have enough show up, we can clean up the wrestling room, mop the mats and get a quick open mat roll-around in.
